The Solar System Conference
Your solar system has become aware that there are other solar systems in your galaxy. You’re unsure if they are going to pose a threat or be friendly. But you know one thing: your solar system needs to find a way to work together to face whatever’s coming.
You are each the representatives of your world. Remember throughout the conference that you must stick to your world’s values, even as you make compromises.
You must now agree the shared protocols of your entire solar system.
In the next 30 minutes you must define:
- What system of organisation and decision making will we adopt or create?
- What key considerations will we need to acknowledge when communicating with one another?
- What are the key aspects of our individual worlds that we are willing to protect and keep?
- What are the areas of our world’s cultures that we’re willing to surrender in order to build a collective future?
Agree a set of protocols that outline your solar system’s new shared way of working. Create copies to take back and share with your own individual worlds.
And make sure it’s ready to use in the event of a galaxy-level challenge!
